Description
Ï㽶ÊÓƵplayed a key role in the master planning and multi-phased expansion of Croasdaile Village. Phase 1 encompassed a new 4,500 SF maintenance building, four villas with six independent living units each, 17 duplex cottages, and extensive site infrastructure improvements. Phase 2 included a 39,000 SF addition to the assisted living building with 30 new units, a 9,000 SF therapy suite, a 3,000 SF clinic renovation, and dining and commons building upgrades. Phase 3 involved the replacement of Heritage Hall with a 120,000 SF independent living apartment building featuring 54 units, common areas, and management offices. Phase 4 is now in progress and will add 21 cottages and three hybrid apartment buildings. During preconstruction, Ï㽶ÊÓƵprovided design and sustainability reviews, constructability and life cycle cost analyses, cost modeling, collaborative scheduling, site logistics mapping, value analysis, and virtual design, ensuring the project’s success.
